Add a PDF or Word file. IbEsign records its fingerprint (SHA-256) so nobody can swap it later.

Each person gets a personal link by email, agrees to sign electronically, then draws, types or uploads their signature.

Audit trail that cannot be edited
Every view, consent, signature and download is recorded with time, IP address and device. Each entry is linked to the one before it, so a removed or changed entry is detected.

The finished PDF carries IbEsign's seal and a timestamp from an independent timestamp authority. PDF readers such as Adobe Acrobat show if anything changed afterwards.

Frequently asked questions
Is an electronic signature legally valid in India?
Yes. The Information Technology Act, 2000 recognises electronic signatures for most agreements. A few kinds of documents, listed above, cannot be signed this way. IbEsign records each signer's consent and every step, so you can show who signed and when.
Do the people signing need an account or an app?
No. They get a personal link by email, open it on any phone or computer, and sign in the browser. Only the person sending documents needs an IbEsign account.
Which files can I send?
PDF and Word (.docx) files. Word files are turned into PDF first, so everyone signs exactly the same pages.
How do I prove a document was signed?
Each completed document comes with a certificate of completion and a full audit trail. The signed PDF is sealed with a trusted timestamp, so any change after signing shows. You can also download an evidence package for your lawyer.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in India. Documents are stored under random names, links are personal and expire, and every organisation's data is kept separate.
Can I connect IbEsign to my own software?
Yes. Create an API key in your settings and send documents for signing from your app, CRM or HR system. Test keys let you try everything without sending real documents.
